Sheep Shearing Observation

At dawn in spring, the sheep are led to the shearing area, where skilled shearers use sharp scissors to remove the abundant wool that has grown during the harsh winter. This ritual, steeped in tradition, not only provides relief to the animal, freeing it from the extra weight and discomfort of the heat, but also results in precious blankets that will warm families throughout the coming year.

Local weavers keep the complete wool cycle alive, from carding to weaving, producing blankets, covers and other utilitarian and decorative items. The space displays ancient instruments related to textile activity, offering an in-depth insight into this traditional craft.
