Come and discover the secrets of traditional cheese with a guided tour of our factory! From the reception of the milk to the curing process, you will follow each stage of the artisanal production, learning from experienced master cheesemakers. A fun and educational activity for all ages. To finish on a high note, we invite you to a cheese tasting accompanied by local flavors. An authentic, tasty and memorable experience at the heart of the cheesemaking tradition.

Lunch

A typical Alentejo lunch is a celebration of simple and authentic flavours. Prepared with local ingredients such as bread, olive oil, garlic, pork and aromatic herbs, it stands out for its rusticity. The meals are generous, accompanied by good wine and enjoyed with time and conversation. They reflect the region’s agricultural tradition and the strong sense of community of the Alentejo people.
